Put aside the tin foil and black helicopters and watch this post on youtube.

Can anyone give me a rational explanation for this?

  1. I can make a good video with video editing tools, and I can spray paint US Army on hold construction hardware.

Don’t believe everyone you see on the web. Can anyone validate the video?

  2. Have to agree with Pook. You can make anything look how you want it. Maybe I'm not enough of a conspiracy nut but what are they getting at? Who is supposedly going to be housed here? Gitmo detainees, Christians, NRA members? Is this the new area 51 or Obama's hideout when the sh** hits the fan.

  3. Google “fema camps” and you come up with 394,000 hits.

You will find that the 111th Congress passed bill HR645. This bill authorized the federal government to set up “camps” to house people in case of another natural disaster such as Katrina. I don’t know if what the video shown was one of these camps or not.

We certainly can't count on the liberal media to check it out and tell us anything.

It’s always nice to get at least one other opinion. Someone is listing the bills that past Congress so that the citizens can read what they actually say.

It seems that the conspiracy advocates are taking these “camp” and turning them from relief housing to concentration camps. With the fact that for several days, the people herded into the Superdome were more prisoners than housed and care for citizens, I can see where some people might worry about the camps sitting there.
